Ken-Bu-Kan Karate School was set up in 1990, by Sensei Costas Michaelides and his son Andy. The school's name Ken-Bu-Kan, meaning 'Fist Fighters Club', was given to them by Master Tatsuo Suzuki when the school was first formed.
